At adesso Belgium, we are looking for a freelance data devops engineer.

Customer info:

For a customer based in Liège (Belgium-closed to German border), we are looking for a Azure and Fabric DevOps engineer. Mission is to make a short assessment and work directly on the remediation.

Your role

The mission is to make a short assessment and work directly on the remediation.  

Required Experience

Hard skills:

  • Strong Azure Devops / Cloud engineering on Azure skills with focus on IaaC (ARM Templates)

  • Strong understanding of Azure services for data platforms (storage, security, networking, identities ...)

  • Solid CI/CD expertise with Azure DevOps (Yaml pipelines, service connections, approvals, variable groups ...)

  • Ability to reverse engineer and stabilize undocumented / legacy DevOps and IaaC frameworks.

  • Experience in CI/CD pipelines development for Microsoft Fabric Platform.

  • Clear communication and knowledge transfer to internal teams.

Soft skills:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Effective communicator – technical and non-technical.

  • Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams.

  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and flexibility.

Other requirements:

  • Fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.

  • Willingness to work 2 days per week onsite (hybrid model).

  • EU citizenship + eligible for security clearance
