Freelance IT Program manager

We are looking for a freelance IT Program manager to support our customer in the digital transformation.

Location: Centre of Brussels (4d/ onsite)
Type of mission: Freelance

Duration: 2years
Work regime: 5 d/week
Start date: legal notice period but preferable ASAP
Languages Idealiter 3-talig: NL/FR en ENG
Day rate: TBD

Required Experience

Hard skills:

Languages: English + Dutch and/or French (local communication is essential)

Experience: Strong experience in IT project management within complex environments, SAFE with multiple release trains context

Soft skills: Hands-on, strong communication skills, organizational skills

Work experience in transformation projects in: payment systems, network, terminals, mobile application

Soft skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Effective communicator – both technical and non-technical

• Comfortable in agile, cross-functional teams

• Diplomatic, able to communicate well and appropriately at different levels
