Power Platform Developer

To strengthen our company growth, we are looking for a Power Platform Developer to join our Microsoft Solutions Team!

Your role

As a Power Platform Consultant, you design and implement solutions that help clients transform their business processes. You work closely with stakeholders to analyze requirements, configure applications, and develop workflows. Using Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, you create customized applications that perfectly align with client needs.

• You will work closely with clients to understand their business processes and translate them into practical Power Platform solutions.

• You will collaborate with our team on end-to-end Power Platform projects from initial requirements gathering and design through configuration, customization, data migration, testing, go-live support and aftercare. You ensure together with your team that solutions are delivered on time and meet client expectations.

• You’re client-oriented and communicative and can explain your technical ideas to non-technical contacts. You’re both capable of working on your own as well as in a team with a proactive attitude.

• You stay up-to-date on the latest features and updates in the Power Platform ecosystem. You proactively apply this knowledge in your projects and love to share all your findings within the team.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

• Strong expertise in Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven Apps) and Power Automate

• Knowledge of Dataverse, connectors and data-integration techniques

• Hands-on experience with Dynamics, SharePoint and Azure in relation to Power Platform

• Proven track record in Power Platform governance: ALM, environments, security/permissions, …

• Knowledge of Power Fx or JavaScript for custom components

• Familiarity with Azure DevOps (Git, Boards and pipelines).

• Initial experience with Microsoft Copilot, including agents and Copilot Studio.

• Ability to design and deliver workshops and training sessions for end-users and administrators.

• Optional: Experience with Power BI for analytics and dashboards

Your profile

• You have 3-4 years hands-on experience in implementing Power Platform solutions, from planning and design to configuring/building/developing the solution to deployment and user adoption. You have been responsible for delivering complex projects, preferably in a consulting environment.

• You possess excellent people and communication skills and with your analytic mindset you’re able to design end-to-end solutions that consider process, functionality and technical integration.

• You can discuss architectural decisions with the senior and architect profiles in our team (configuration vs customization, integration approaches, etc.) and foresee the impact on both the system and the business.

• You are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile/Scrum or hybrid approaches) and can work in an organized, transparent manner. You know how to use tools like Azure DevOps to track progress and ensure quality delivery.

• Certification is a plus – if you don’t have it, you’re possibly working towards it.

• You are passionate about the entire Power Platform ecosystem and keep up with the latest innovations. You approach challenges with a positive, proactive attitude. You enjoy taking initiative and thrive in an environment where you can truly make an impact.

• You are a native Dutch and/or French speaker and fluent in English
