To strengthen our company growth, Solutions TEAM, we are looking for a Team Lead Digital Workplace!

Your role

As a Team Lead Digital Workplace, you will play a pivotal role in guiding organizations towards an effective and modern digital workplace. In this role:

• Bridge Business and IT: You will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to understand their needs and translate these into practical digital workplace solutions using Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, etc.) and related technologies.

• Solution Design & Implementation: You will design, develop, and implement collaboration and productivity solutions (intranets, document management systems, workflow automation, etc.), ensuring they align with business processes and improve how people work.

• Technical Leadership: You will act as the point of contact for all Microsoft 365 productivity tools and the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI), providing expert guidance. You lead architectural decisions and ensure seamless integration of new solutions with existing systems.

• Project Coordination: You will monitor project scope, planning, and quality. You ensure that projects are delivered on time and within budget, coordinating smoothly with colleagues, clients, and other technical teams for successful end-to-end delivery.

• Governance & Best Practices: You will contribute to and enforce best practices, guidelines, and governance policies for digital workplace tools (e.g., proper use of Teams/SharePoint, security of data, access rights, and lifecycle of documents). You identify risks early and propose mitigation strategies or alternative solutions.

• Team Leadership & Coaching: You will lead and mentor a team of digital workplace consultants/developers. Your coaching style will help elevate team members to a higher level by knowledge-sharing sessions, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.

• User Adoption & Training: You will drive user adoption strategies by organizing workshops, info sessions, and training tailored to different user groups. You guide and inspire users to embrace new tools and ways of working, ensuring they not only understand them but also enjoy using them.

• Innovation & Strategy: You stay up-to-date with the latest Microsoft 365 and workplace technology developments (following the Microsoft 365 Roadmap and industry trends). You proactively apply this knowledge to introduce innovative solutions and continuously improve the digital workplace offering.

• Documentation & Knowledge Transfer: You document technical designs, configurations, and changes thoroughly for effective knowledge transfer and team collaboration, ensuring maintainability of the solutions delivered.

Required Skills & Knowledge:

Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) – Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) – Azure services (AD, Functions) – Low-code solution design – Information Management & Governance – Project Management (Prince2/PMI, Agile/Scrum methodologies) – Change Management & User Adoption

Your profile

• You have a strong background in digital workplace technologies and at least 5 years of experience in roles such as Microsoft 365 consulting, modern workplace engineering, or a similar field.

• You have proven people management and leadership skills: you can inspire and coach team members, delegate effectively, and lead projects to success.

• You are familiar with enterprise collaboration and content management concepts. Hands-on experience with implementing Microsoft 365 solutions (Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive) and building solutions with the Power Platform is essential.

• You think in terms of processes and user experience. You have a track record of translating complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions, optimizing workflows through automation and smart use of tools.

• You have experience managing projects in a customer-oriented and agile way. Knowledge of project management frameworks like Scrum or Kanban is expected; having certifications (Prince2, PMI, or Agile/Scrum Master) is a plus.

• You are adept at governance and strategy for digital tools – for example, setting up M365 governance policies, driving user adoption programs, and ensuring security and compliance are maintained.

• You possess excellent communication skills. You can interact smoothly with all levels of stakeholders, from end-users to C-level, and you can clearly articulate ideas and technical concepts in understandable terms.

• You are Dutch and/or French native speaker, fluent in English

• You are solution-focused and customer-oriented: you take initiative, solve problems proactively, and strive to deliver high-quality results that help the organization grow

• You are passionate about continuous learning. You keep up with new features and updates in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem and seek opportunities for self-development (relevant Microsoft certifications in M365, Azure, or Power Platform are a plus).
